We kindly ask that parents/guardians complete the Contact Information form to ensure we have the most accurate and up-to-date information. This will help us maintain effective communication and provide the best support for your child's educational journey.

********IMPORTANT.  READ ME********

When completinrg the field please note the following:

1. All student and parent data fields are compulsory EXCEPT postal code.  The mandatory fields are in yellow.  The field turns red if the information is not entered in the correct format white if it is.
2. Information is collected on two Parents/Guardians.  You can click on the button next to father or mother to change to a legall guardian.  If you are entering information for one parent only then type "NIL" in the mandatory fields you are not using.
3. Mobile numbers MUSTbe 10 digits.  Area code (246 for Barbados) must be included before the number.
4. Please do NOT enter the dash for the National Identity Number.
5. Street address MUST start with your lot number (e.g. 5 Anywhere Road or #7 Someplace Street).  If this is not known start with a zero (0).
6. the checkbox to the left of "By submitting this form I agree with the processing of the personal data of the students and their legal representatives."  MUST be filled before the form can be submittted.
